I work with young children and families, supporting emotional development through play, connection, and a body-informed approach.
My path into this work has been shaped by a long-standing interest in human behavior, relationships, and early development.
Before focusing on children, I worked as an executive, entrepreneur, and mentor across media, education, and technology. I also spent years working with teenagers and young adults, which deepened my interest in how early experiences shape development.
Over time, my focus shifted toward early childhood — understanding what begins early that influences how we adapt, relate, and move through life.
My work integrates psychoanalytic study, parent guidance, and trauma-informed yoga training through Stanford’s YogaX program.
Today, I support children in developing awareness, regulation, and connection through play-based work grounded in their lived experience.
